Lunchtime Yin a deep and mindful yoga practice perfect for a break in the middle of the day.
A meditative practice that works deep in the body. We hold asana for a longer period of time to encourage lengthening and deep release of the tendons and connective tissue.
Let go of holding patterns that aren’t serving you.

Prana Vinyasa Flow® is a ritual sadhana and breath inspired journey that offer a complete spectrum of rhythms from meditative and rejuvenating to challenging and empowering.
This energetic approach to vinyasa releases the “doing” of yoga and brings greater ease and vitality into the “being” of yoga as the liberating key to living in the everyday flow. This class can be both solar and/or lunar depending on the moon cycle.

This gentle flow class has a mindful lunar quality with breath awareness and flow to help you find your zen space.
This practice starts with a breath and movement meditation that guides you into your body. Finishing with grounding ourselves into more yin postures.
